Once Project Managers are assigned your account, they are responsible for initiating and following up on:
- Permit Procurement (including variances)
- City and Landlord Criteria and Approvals
- Design and Estimating
- Weekly Updates to Client
- Punch Out List
- Final Pictures/Copy of permits to Clients
